Returns, Refunds & Subscriptions Policy
(Effective for customers located in the United States, including Florida residents)

At ALDEVI, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If your experience with our products does not meet your expectations, we are here to support you in accordance with our return and refund guidelines outlined below.

I. Non-Subscription Orders

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased outside of a subscription plan, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery, pursuant to our return policy:

• Unopened Product: If the product is returned in its original, sealed condition, a refund will be initiated once return instructions are followed. Please note that ALDEVI does not provide prepaid return labels for shipments originating in the United States or Canada. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Opened Product: Opened items are not eligible for return. However, if this is your first purchase of a non-subscription product, you may still be eligible for a refund as a one-time courtesy. A non-refundable processing fee will apply to all returns within the U.S. and Canada.

Please note that original shipping fees, handling charges, and any optional insurance fees are non-refundable.

II. Subscription Orders

Subscription accounts can be managed at any time through your ALDEVI account portal. Please be aware that any modifications (such as cancellation or product changes) must be made prior to shipment to take effect for the upcoming delivery.

• Orders Already Shipped: Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund. However, a return request may still be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.

• Unopened Product: A refund may be issued upon return of the sealed product. As with non-subscription returns, prepaid return labels are not provided for U.S. or Canadian customers.

• Opened Product: If the product has been opened, it is yours to keep. For first-time subscription orders only, we may offer store credit, subject to a return processing fee.

All return requests must be submitted within the stated 30-day window. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method unless otherwise specified in writing.

III. Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange:

• Promotional merchandise (e.g., capsule cases)

• Discounted or clearance products

• Travel-size and sample-size products

• Limited edition or seasonal items
